XPS Worldwide offers a pickup facility during any time during
the day whether it’s outside of normal business hours, during the weekend or a public
holiday
Once your shipment has been delivered, XPS Worldwide can
provide a proactive confirmation by fax, email, phone or SMS, whichever is more
convenient for you.
XPS Worldwide can arrange for a hard copy of the Receiver’s
signature to verify delivery of a shipment at a minimum extra cost. The proof of
delivery is sent via fax or email back to the Sender.
When the Receiver is not at the address given on the waybill,
we will arrange for repeat delivery attempts until the shipment is successfully
delivered repeat attempts may be charged extra in certain cases.
If you need to send a parcel to a remote address anywhere
in the world, XPS Worldwide will reach there with the help of wide network and associate
offices worldwide. A remote area fee will be applicable.
At times, it can be much easier to have your customer collect
shipments from our ofice located at the destination , rather than attempt a delivery
to an uncertain address. Simply request the option at the time of booking or shipment
pickup and our Customer Service staff at destination will notify the recipient when
the shipment is ready to collect.
GOGREEN is an all-inclusive carbon neutral transportation service available for
account customers. It comprises the calculation of CO2 of every shipment, the offsetting
of CO2 emissions through XPS Carbon Management function, and the annual certification
CO2 offsetting by an external third party.
If you have a shipment that cannot be delivered to your customer
for an unexpected reason, XPS Worldwide can arrange to hold the shipment for up
to 7 working days free of charge.
This service allows duties and taxes to be charged to the
Sender. We will clear the shipment at destination, pay customs charges, and invoice
the duties and taxes to shipper’s account thus avoiding an unnecessary delay in
clearance and delivery
A service offered to the Sender where the Receiver accepts
responsibility for all transportation charges. This service is available for customers
that do not have a billing account and different payment methods are accepted depending
on local conditions, e.g. cash, bank guaranteed checks and credit cards.
